Instant Mom
Remember Tia Mowery from the sitcom Sister-Sister which she starred in opposite her twin sister Tamera??  Well guess what?  She is now all grown up and married.  Tia Mowery is now Tia Mowery-Hardrict.  She is the star of an upcoming new NickMom show with the possible title of Instant Mom.
“Instant Mom follows young party girl Stephanie (Mowry-Hardrict) who trades in cosmos for carpools when she marries an older man, Charlie (Michael Boatman, Spin City), with three kids. Stephanie slowly grows into her role as a full-time stepmom while struggling to maintain some sense of her fun-loving, slightly irresponsible life. Sheryl Lee Ralph (Moesha) stars as Stephanie’s mother Maggie and rounding out the cast are the three kids played by Sydney Park, Tylen Williams and Damarr Calhoun. The series is created by Warren Bell (Victorious, According to Jim) and Jessica Butler (In Plain Sight) and executive-produced by Howard Gould (The Jeff Foxworthy Show, Cybil) and Aaron Kaplan (Wendell & Vinnie, The Neighbors). “

“Instant Mom is the perfect addition to our NickMom nighttime comedy block designed to let moms unwind from the day and laugh at the often hilarious experiences of parenthood,” said O’Keefe. “This show has a fantastic cast and at the center is Tia bringing all her warmth and talent to this funny and relatable character.”

Legendary film critic Roger Ebert has passed away earlier today from a re-occurrence of cancer. He became famous when he and Gene Siskel started giving thumbs up or thumbs down to movie reviews. He was the first and one of only three film critics to win a Pulitzer for his criticism in 1975. He is also the first critic to receive a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Roger Ebert is also the author of 20 books.

After losing the ability to eat, speak and drink from cancer Mr. Ebert took to social media and had a blog on the Sun Times website (it is getting slammed now and it is temporarily down), he also had a Facebook account and a Twitter account.

He is survived by his wife Charlie “Chaz” Ebert.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to Mr. Ebert’s friends and families at this time.

We all know that celebrities have stylists that do their hair for them for public appearances; however, did you know sometimes these looks are very easy to do at home?

Here is how you can replicate Nicole’s red carpet look by Suave Professionals® Stylist, Jenny Cho:
1. Wash hair with Suave Professionals® Moroccan Infusion Shine Shampoo  and Conditioner, and then blow dry hair using a large paddle brush.
2. Part hair on the side and begin curling with a one-inch barrel curling iron. Be sure to hold the curling barrel horizontal to the head.
3. After curling each section, use bobby pins to hold in place.
4. Blast hair all over with a hot dryer for 1-2 minutes to help set the curls.
5. Remove the bobby pins, lightly brush the hair to soften curls and finish with Suave Professionals® Touchable Finish Super Hold Hairspray
6. Place 1-2 drops of the New Suave Professionals Moroccan Infusion Styling Oil in palms and rub hands together. Avoiding the roots, gently run hands over the surface of the hair to add a radiant shine.
7. Place the Suave Professionals Moroccan Infusion Styling Oil in your clutch for touchups on the go.

Disclosure: I was provided with Moroccan Infusion samples in exchange for my time in creating this post.  All thoughts and opinions are my own.
