DIY Make-Up Remover!

by Princess Lacey on August 20, 2012

I love home beauty remedies! Especially ones that can save me money…so I can spend it on more important things…like  shoes! I’ve made this make-up remover and I have to say it works just as good as store bought, but it only costs pennies!

1 Cup water

1 1/2 Tablespoon tear-free baby shampoo

1 teaspoon coconut oil (my mother-in-law uses baby oil)

Mix all ingredients together! I recommend mixing before each use.

Simple. Easy. Fresh.

Gross huh?! But it’s proof that it actually works!

Here’s some tips to keep everything clean and sanitary:

Throw away any unused remover after 2 weeks.

Never put used cotton ball/wipe back into the remover.

Make sure all bottles and measuring tools are sanitized before using them.

This is an awesome idea!! I spend way too much money on dermalogica pre-cleanse and this will pretty much do the same thing!

This looks great. The ingrediants seem gentle as well.
